Tract 1 is located approximately 4 ½ miles Southwest of Eldred. Directions from Eldred are 2 ½ miles West on Route 108, to Prairie Landing and then South 2 miles.

Tract 2 is located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Carrollton along Woody Road.
